One of her favorite simple joys is picking fresh blueberries by the pond in our backyard and helping things grow in the garden. She currently attends an outdoor school with a deep respect for nature.
She’s never seen one in real life, but Brooklyn’s favorite animal is a zebra—because, in her words, “they’re nice and have really cool black and white stripes.”
Brooklyn can’t pick just one favorite—she finds joy in every season here in NH. Whether she’s kayaking on the warm days-looking for 🦅, ice skating on the pond in winter, finding animal tracks🐾, or biking through the woods, she’s simply a happy girl.
