Brenner loves that nature is full of mysteries still waiting to be solved. He is endlessly curious about animal species, their habitats, and how they've adapted to survive in different environments. He thinks deeply about evolution and why animals look and behave the way they do. Brenner doesn't just want to study nature, he wants to contribute to it. His dream is to discover a species no one has ever documented before, and he talks about it with the conviction of someone who absolutely will.
Snakes, without question! What captivates Brenner is that snakes are apex predators with no arms, no legs, and no tools — just pure biological ingenuity. He is fascinated by the mechanics of venom, the sheer scale of giant constrictors, and how different species have evolved completely unique survival strategies. He can tell you the difference between a ball python and a reticulated python, explain how pit vipers detect heat, and he'll do it with enthusiasm. Just ask his teachers!
Brenner loves the beach, but not just for swimming. Every trip becomes a field expedition. He carefully collects shells, crab claws, and any creature he can find, examining each one with genuine scientific curiosity. Finding a living sand crab or snail is, to him, a discovery worth celebrating. He observes, he asks questions, and he remembers everything. The beach isn't just a fun place for Brenner, it's a living classroom, and he approaches it exactly the way a future naturalist should.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
