Benna loves finding cool creatures such as snakes, turtles, lizards, and frogs because its like finding treasure that you don't see at home - under rocks and by trees. She likes to find creatures that are hidden under the grass too, like worms and insects. She also likes to touch creatures and observe how unique each one is because "some creatures are spiky, rough, or smooth. They move differently too." I like going outside to play in nature or sit by streams that are calm and peaceful."
Snakes. They are cool to see. They are colorful. They are quiet animals of all different sizes. I like to touch them and rub my hand on their rough body when you go down, but smooth when you rub up. Its cool to see them eat things and see their skin from when they shed.
Benna's favorite thing to do outdoors is jump in the leaves or play in rain puddles with her rain boots. She also loves walking down trails to see birds and squirrels jumping from one branch to another and feel cool wind blowing through her hair.
