Receive Text UpdatesAndrew loves nature because it feels like where he belongs. Before he had words, he roared like the animals he loved, and they understood him. Now he speaks for them. He learns their names, protects their homes, and reminds others to be gentle. He turns off lights, never litters, and worries deeply about animals like wolverines. Nature gives him confidence, comfort, and a voice, and he wants to spend his life protecting it.
Andrew loves wolverines, Komodo dragons, and birds of prey because they are strong, brave, and never give up. He is especially drawn to wolverines and feels worried about their future as the world changes. He studies how animals hunt, survive, and adapt, and carries that strength with him. To Andrew, these animals are more than favorites, they are heroes, and he wants to grow up to protect them and keep them safe.
His favorite outdoor activity is exploring nature on hikes. He loves collecting rocks and sticks, smelling flowers, and watching bees and ants hard at work. When he spots a lizard, he quietly crouches and observes it with patience and wonder. He inspires our whole family to get outside and explore. He truly stops to smell the flowers. He also enjoys helping at beach cleanups and using his binoculars, even if it’s the wrong way, to watch birds and animals with joy and curiosity.
