She likes being out on our ranch with our donkeys and seeing wild deer and turkey passing through. She finds it fun to see new animals when we are out on our adventure drives and we try to see who can find the animals first, like coyotes, bald eagles, and even ostrich. From snow angels during winter to mud pies in the summer, she appreciates it all!
Her favorite animal is a horse, specifically one named Ashes, her eight-year-old, dapple grey quarter gelding. Ashes follows Ali wherever she goes when he is off of his lead and when she is riding him, he takes such good care of her. Ali feels that not only are horses sweet, but they are so smart and can feel your vibes. They can sense your mood and they feed off of how someone feels so Ali knows that calm and assertive, but also respectful and caring, is the best way to approach a horse.
When she is not riding her horse, she is dividing her outdoor time between riding her bicycle, swimming, and playing with the dogs, but her favorite is definitely camping. She likes to go hiking and look for prints on the ground and trying to guess what they belong to. The best part about camping for her is having a bonfire and cooking hotdogs on a stick and then making s'mores for dessert.
