What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn MoreAlina loves seeing new animals. How they look. Knowing where they come from. She loves discover new facts and build her knowledge about them. We also play a family game called “name that animal” basically we describe different animals and we have to try & guess which one. She also loves being outside in the elements. We often go to local farms by our house. Pick fresh produce. They usually have an outdoor space where we see how things are locally grown and made.
Her favorite animal is a turtle. What kinds of turtles there are. Where certain turtles live. She loves everything about them. She’s very interested in their life span, how long they can live for. What their daily eating habits are. She also is really interested when baby turtles hatch! How many actually make in into sea.
Alina loves to garden. We often starts in prepping In late March (if we are lucky) to see what kind of garden we will prep. We plant all different things like veggies, fruits and plants. Her favorite plant would be rosemary! She also makes hair mask out of the plant. She steams the water and adds the rose mary directly to it. She’s fascinated in growing tomatoes.
