Learn MoreAlex loves being outside exploring the woods, he says he feels free and can run jump and be himself. He always seems to find animals and he loves learning about them together. He loves to learn the names what they eat and how they live. He is drawn to science and exploring how to care for the environment so the animals can survive. When we hike he picks up trash and trys to educate those he sees littering.
When I asked what his favorite animal is he asked why he has to pick just one. He loves snakes and by the way has no fear in picking then up but loves to explore all the animals he sees. Alex thinks pigeons are really cool because if you take them far away from their home and let them go, they know how to get back to their home. Owls are really neat because of their long talons and ability to turn thier head 180 degrees.
Just being outside. Camping, hiking, and biking so he can look for new animals and watch how they live. Swimming and fishing are fun anywhere out doors animals are around you just have to find them.
