She loves discovering the little things most people walk past. Bugs under logs, birds in the trees, shells on the beach, and animal tracks in the dirt. Nature feels like a giant treasure hunt to her. Every time we go outside she asks questions about how animals live and how we can help protect them. She believes every creature, big or small, has an important job in nature.
Her favorite animal is the sea turtle. She loves how they travel huge distances across the ocean but always return to the same beaches to nest. She thinks they’re brave and determined, and she wants to help protect them so baby turtles can safely make it to the ocean. Whenever we see wildlife, she reminds everyone to respect animals and give them space.
Her favorite outdoor activity is exploring nature trails and beaches looking for wildlife. She loves spotting birds, collecting interesting shells, and flipping over logs to see what tiny creatures are underneath. She treats every trip outside like an adventure and gets excited to share what she learns with other kids.
