What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreWalt loves animals! He feeds the birds in our backyard and squirrels. He also loves to go into the woods and feed the raccoons, armadillo, and possum that live behind our house. His best friends are his two dogs and is excited about adding a cat to the mix in the future.
Walt’s favorite wild animal is the fence lizard that lives on our back porch. “Shadow” has lived on our back porch for 4 years and is recognizable by a notch on her back. She eats fruit from our hands and has had several babies over the years. Walt named her and ours food out for her and even tries to catch bugs for her.
Walt loves to hike. We have a small bamboo forest close to our home that he loves to go to and look for tigers. He saw on television that tigers live around bamboo so he likes to go on tiger hunts. We have not seen any yet but we love to go searching for them.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
