He loves nature and wants to be a wildlife explorer. Wild kratts and Baba blast are his favorite shows. He loves learning about reptiles.

What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreViaan appreciates the fresh air and what it brings to the living creatures around us. It fascinates him to see so many animals and reptiles of various sizes co-existing with the humans. He loves observing and playing with friendly creatures in the wild but at the same time is highly respectful of the space they need to feel safe and secure. In addition to the fauna, Viaan is curious about the flora as well and is a regular volunteer at his school garden where he helps maintain the plants.
His favorite animal is Orca. Orcas are extremely smart mammal that hunt as a pod and communicate really well amongst themselves. They make unique sounds and sometimes love interacting with humans as well. He would love to spot an Orca in the wild. While, Viaan has taken several expeditions to observe Whales in the wild he has not had the luck to spot an Orca yet.
His favorite activity is Snorkeling. He also enjoys hiking and biking on nature trails with his family and friends to get exercise and spend time away from TV. Viaan has snorkeled in Hawai'i and in the Galapagos islands in Ecuador where he has had the pleasure of spotting Green Sea Turtles, Marine Iguanas and Reef Sharks. Snorkeling with Whales in Tonga is on his bucket list. When he grows up, he wants to explore deep sea diving as well.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
