What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreTom loves being outdoors in the warm sunshine, in the snow, in the rain, and at night. He has a knack for finding flowers for mom, bugs to watch, animals to imitate, and interesting rocks to pocket and bring home. He’s not afraid of anything and loves learning about the lifecycle of the plants and animals around him.
Tom’s favorite animal at the zoo is the Elephant. He is fascinated by their huge bodies, big ears, and how they can lift and eat things with their trunks. At home, he is a fan of our cat Barbie. He pets Barbie and helps to feed her daily.
Tom loves to explore the woods behind our home with his dad and little brother. He enjoys learning about the different plants and animals and observes them carefully. He also loves to garden with his family! He plants seeds, waters them, helps pull weeds, and carefully tends the plants through the time they are ready to pick. He especially loves the strawberries and blackberries in our yard and checks them daily to see how they are growing so that he gets the chance to eat them first!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
