Sterling most loves immersing himself in the freedom of the wild places. He takes in the awe-inspiring landscapes and considers even the smallest wonder. Sterling loves learning about the world around him through observation and experience.
Sterlings favorite animals are snakes, hands down! He can confidently identify all native Michigan species, and many others across the rest of North America. He is bold and fearless in safely catching these wild creatures and adoring their power and grace up close, and as safely as you can with snakes.
Sterlings favorite outdoor activity is fishing! It’s his favorite activity period. He would rather be fishing than anything else. he is a highly knowledgeable angler and is generous in sharing his knowledge, even his found honey-hole spots, with others as he just wants others to enjoy fishing as much as he does. It’s where he is most at peace, and can explore his thoughts.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
