Learn moreSophie loves animals and plants. She likes insects, reptiles, birds and mammals. She is doing a great job remembering their names, habitats and animals superpowers ( from the shows she watches). She has a microscope which she uses to see the tiny details on plants and insects. She also likes different seasons and changes they bring to plants (changing leave colors in the fall, budding in the spring, spreading of seeds). She also knows about food chain and how the ecosystems work.
Sophie’s favorite animal is a snake. She is fascinated as how they move on the ground and hunt. She started loving snakes after she watched “Out back”. She knows there are venomous snakes and snakes that kill their pray by squizing them ( boa constrictor).
Sophie loves going to nature parks with her friends. They do a lot of role play, run, collect leaves and stones and branches. She wants go join girl scouts and go on a camping trip. We we to wale watching trip while in Cabo, Mexico when she was 3 years old and she still remembers and talks about it. Sophie’s big dream is to go to safari in Kenya or Tanzania.
