What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreOur son is endlessly curious about all animals and the natural world. He loves learning how each creature lives, moves, and interacts with its environment. From insects to elephants, he finds joy in understanding how nature works and discovering the role each animal plays in the ecosystem.
He will say he's a "dog person" but we have a tiny zoo at home he helps take care of - petting, holding, feeding, watering and even some cleaning! In total, we have a cat, dog, bearded dragon, rosy boa, 7 zebra finches, and 3 small aquariums with a range of fish, snails and aquatic frogs! and his favorite dinosaur is the Spinosaurus!!
Skyler looks forward to camping so he can collect TONS of cool rocks! And exploring tide pools at the beach! On a regular day, he can be found playing handball, soccer or flag football all the while searching for lizards.
