What does Sequoia love most about nature?

Sequoia loves interacting and observing nature. She loves running her fingers through the dirt and discoveing new plants and animals. She loves feeling the wind and rain and will reach out to feel them. Her favorite thing is to find patterns and share them with us, like sunlight shining through a spider web or the spirals of a storksbill seed.


What is Sequoia's favorite animal—and why?

Cats are Sequoias favorite animal. When asked why she said, "Because when they are happy they purr". Comming in at a close second are roly-polies and milipedes. She loves how their feet tickle her hands.


What is Sequoia's favorite outdoor activity?

Sequoia loves to build roly-polie homes. She collects sticks, leaves, rocks and even acorns caps that she fills with water. She makes the roly-polies an entire village.
