Scout loves nature's animals and learning about their different habitats and ideal environments. She loves to observe animals in their natural surroundings, like when she searches for snakes and alligators in the Everglades with her dad. She loves visiting state and national parks, learning the native plants and trees while looking for animals to meet and check out. She's an animal & nature lover!
Scout's favorite animal is the Florida Cracker Horse because it's one of the state's endangered horse species. They are known for their agility and speed. Scout went to Payne's Prairie in Ocala to search for these horses and a chance to see wild horses for the first time. It was an amazing experience where she was able to even spot a foal frolicking in the distance from our trail.
Scout's favorite outdoor activity is horseback riding or walking. She rides regularly and loves interacting with and learning about horses. She connects well with the horses and builds a bond with practically every animal she encounters. Scout also likes to be outside enjoying the sounds and sights of nature. She's visited some of the Florida Springs and been on countless nature walks.She's quick to spot any animal from the tiniest little brown anole to the great blue heron or even a black bear.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
