The Harpy eagle is his favorite animal! As a bird of prey that hunts sloths high in the rainforest canopy, it represents the perfect combination of power and precision. Their massive talons can be as large as a grizzly bear's claws! When he becomes an ornithologist someday, he wants to study how these majestic birds evolved such specialized hunting abilities.
Hiking is his favorite outdoor activity because it's like a treasure hunt for animals! Every trail offers a new chance to spot birds perched in the trees or fish darting in streams. He submits monthly reports to the Science Museum of MN's Collector's Corner. When he grows up, he wants to be an ornithologist and ichthyologist and observe wildlife in the field.
