Learn moreSam loves animals the most. When we go on walks in our neighborhood or on a trail, he is always looking out for birds, squirrels, or rabbits. Once we saw a fox go through our yard and he was so excited. We see snakes and deer occasionally and that is fun too. He wants to help animals and wildlife when he grows up. He has talked about being an aquarium worker or working in a zoo one day.
His favorite animals are cats. Big or small. We have two cats at home (Baggy and Allie). Allie is a 13 year old tortoise shell cat and she LOVES Sam. They are best friends. His favorite wild cat is the ocelot. He thinks they are so cool.
Playing with his friends in the yard or going on nature walks. We are planning several fun things to do this summer like visit the Washington Zoo, go camping, and go to the beach. He could spend hours walking along the beach or digging in the sand looking for animals or shark teeth.
