Start Their AdventureSam's favorite thing about nature is the adventure he can find whenever we're outside- will he find a snail? A frog? Worms? Roly-Polies? A lizard? Some pretty flowers or other neat plants? Cool rocks? To him, the world is one big, exciting adventure just waiting to be had!
Other than dinosaurs, Sam's favorite animals are his pet cat, Mittens, and his puppy, Ruby. He also enjoys climbing and running around with baby goats during sprintgime on the farm. When we went to the Zoo, he loved the tank where he could pet the sting rays. He could have spent the whole day there in just that one spot!
Exploring the great outdoors is Sam's favorite outdoor activity- fishing, hiking, turning over rocks and logs to see what's underneath. Even when we are swimming in the pool during the summer, he loves the opportunity it gives him to see some cool bugs up close when he rescues ones that have fallen into the pool.
