Learn moreSam loves exploring and traveling around the woods. He never knows what creatures he will come across or what new plants he will discover. Walking creek beds and flipping rocks is always a great way to spend the day. You never see the same combination of insects and salamanders. Maybe one day he will discover a completely new species!
Sam’s favorite animal is snakes, specifically the Gaboon Viper. He loves how it looks as though they’re walking with their ribs. They have the longest fangs (reaching up to 2 inches long!)
Sams favorite outdoor activity is making “bases”. Finding the perfect spot in whatever environment he is in to build a camp. Incorporating the best parts of nature in an outdoor home. Turning curved tree trunks into the perfect seat or using fallen branches to make a canopy overhead. If there’s close running water it’s even better!
