From digging fossils to spotting wildlife, listening to Brain Bots’ Sea and Wildlife Defenders every night, and picking up litter on every walk—his curiosity knows no bounds. He’s passionate about volcanos, dinosaurs, and weather, and spends his time exploring with his microscope or at nature classes and the community garden. We're so proud of his big heart for the planet and would love your vote to support!
His favorite animal is the wolf because they’re loyal, smart, and work together as a team. He loves how wolves communicate with howls, care for one another in their pack, and rely on their sharp senses to survive in the wild. He says being a wolf would be like having a built-in family adventure team! He’s equally amazed by the octopus—especially because they have three hearts! He was blown away when he learned that two of an octopus’s hearts pump blood to the gills and one pumps it to the rest
Ryders favorite outdoor adventures is biking with his brother along the nature trails that lead to the beach. He loves the sense of freedom—riding through the trees, listening for birds, and spotting tracks or frogs along the way. He will ask to bike before and after school; it’s a great family bonding experience and always a fun chance to explore new things!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
