What is Russell's favorite animal—and why?

“A Monkey - because they are so playful and cute.” Russell loves caring for animals and all living creatures. He most recently said he wants to grow up and provide medical care for animals. Russell knows how important school is because there is a lot of schooling required to be a veterinarian!


What is Russell's favorite outdoor activity?

Mr. savage, not average says, “I like to hike.” Barefoot whenever possible, from the coast to the mountain tops, this little Ranger is always looking for ways to enjoy and protect the gifts of nature and world around us. Russell is now 6 years old and currently obsessed with searching for unique rocks and fossils when on a hike. Russell is proud to raise money for the National Wildlife Federation through awareness and the Jr. Ranger Rick Contest. “Telling everyone has been fun!”
