Radhev loves birds. He is a good explorer and tries to learn the different kinds of nests that birds make.

What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreRadhev and his brother love to observe how the ecosystem works. How a bug or a worm becomes the food for other bird or animal. They see that in nature all the living beings are dependent upon each other to survive. My kids also recently noticed how animals need nature’s help to grow and thrive in their habitat. They were observing the birds collecting the dried grass in their mouth and flying somewhere else to build their nest. They also see that birds are working as a team, male and female.
Radhev’s favorite animal is Orca, the killer whale. He likes Orca because he found interesting that they also have IQ compared of a teenager. He started to learn about Orca when his brother was preparing for his social studies project. He became emotional when he saw the news that the mother Orca (Southern Resident)was carrying its dead calf ,swimming in the water for days expressing her grief. He learnt that these Orca’s are near extinct species and wants to protect them.
Radhev’s favorite outdoor activities are walking and running. We go the trail walk in the park. We live in west Virginia( wild and wonderful) he loves the greenery of the nature and sometimes deers roam in the park he gets fascinated to see the fawn with white spots. He sees different flowers and how bees fly on them to get their nectar.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
