Start Their AdventureShe loves trees and going off the path to explore the “little baby” paths. She is a trooper on up to 8 mile hikes, and on one particular 1000ft + elevation hike, although she was scared, she was so brave when the weather turned drastically windy. I told her how proud of her I was and she should be very proud of herself, as a little five-year-old climbing that.
Dogs!!! She can talk to anyone about all the different dog breeds, notices unique little things about each animal even about their personalities. Cares so much for dogs, and pretend plays that she has a vet/dog rescue/dog spa! After a grizzly bear encounter in Alaska, she was not a fan of bears for a while but has been brave during the situation and after talking about bear behavior and comparing to human behavior, she understood and loves them again.
Just hiking and exploring as a kid does, noticing the big and small things. Always finding heart rocks! She has hiked in Wisconsin, Michigan, Alaska, Illinois, California, Washington state, and Louisiana, Different things to learn in each place!
