Receive Text UpdatesPenny loves learning about wildlife. She enjoys working on the Junior Ranger books at each park, and exploring each section of the park. She has learned so much about National Parks, and what makes them independently special. She always hopes to run into a cool animal, critter or plant, on our hikes, that to which we have seen so many!
Penny’s favorite animal is a narwhal and hopes to one day see one in the wild. She loves its beauty and magical appeal. The unicorn of the seas!
Penny loves swimming.She’s always looking for a secret watering hole or waterfall when hiking.We try to seek out cool spots to hike,explore,and if there is swimming involved, that’s definitely a plus!She’s been to slide rock state park in Sedona which was a favorite.She’s also hiked to the top of Multnomah Falls(OR),Walter’s Wiggles(UT)and The Cinder Cone Volcano (CA),which were all so difficult because she was only 6 or 7 at that time,and those elevation gains are no joke, but she did it!
