What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreEnjoy really enjoys camping, bird watching, fishing, and hunting. He is quickly learning how conservation makes a difference in nature. He really loves birds, the sounds the uniquely make, abd their varied beauty.
A blue bird. He thinks they are beautiful, and loves the song they sing. A second favorite are turtles, especially sea turtles. We often visit our local Chattanooga aquarium, and spend extra time trying to catch the sea turtles swim by us.
Fishing. He recently fell in love with fishing, and I mean passionate. After catching a large black crappie out of his aunt's small pond, it spurred alot of talk about how fish get into ponds that previously were dry. We have enjoyed trying to explain how fish eggs get transferred by birds, flooding, etc. all contribute to fish relocation.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
