Receive Text UpdatesOwen loves learning the why about everything. Why do they eat that? Why do they live there? Why do they look like that? He loves to come up with his own story about why he thinks things in nature happen and right or wrong, it is fun to hear! Every time we go to the library, he comes home with a new nature book about reptiles, predators, butterflies, etc.
He is fascinated by bugs. He loves being able to safely pick them up and observe unlike a bunny or bird. He watches how they move, what they may eat and where they like to hide.
Fishing. He loves casting a net with his father and coming back a few hours later to see what he may have caught. We live in Florida so he loves getting a surprise of cichlads, cat fish, eels, etc that he might get. He swears he knows every type of fish as it comes out of the net. After observing, he always safely releases the fish back to nature.
