Learn moreOscar loves being in the fresh air, whether that’s lakeside, mountaintop, desert, or beach. He’s always so curious as to what is surrounding him and is collecting cool rocks, plants, fungi, bones, and feathers all along the way. Oscar also has the best eye for spotting all the creatures great and small, and can identify a vast amount of bird species and fish. Seeing him out in nature, it’s evident that he is right at home!
Oscar’s favorite animal is a bald eagle. Their strength and ability to hunt and fish has always amazed him. He thinks they are such smart birds with impeccable eyesight, and an impressive wingspan.
Oscar’s favorite outdoor activity is fishing, he loves hiking trails to get to the lake, river, creek, or ocean. Playing and swimming in the water is an added bonus! Oscar enjoys humanely catching and releasing, and always has conservation in mind when harvesting his catch.
