What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreOllie loves exploring nature. He enjoys making observations, listening to the different sounds, discovering tracks, trails, and animal homes. He loves looking at all of the flowers and trees, and watching the birds and bugs. He feels both calm and excited when he's in nature.
Giraffes are Ollie's favorite animal. He loves their long neck and legs. Thinks their "spots" make a cool looking camouflage. They're really fun to watch!
Ollie's favorite outdoor activity is exploring the various trails and county parks we have in our area. He goes prepared with a small backpack containing bottled water, magnifying glass, binoculars, camera, compass, and a Nature notebook. He likes to spend time seeing what creatures he can find. Along the way, he helps collect trash to keep the spaces clean and safe for animals and people.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
