Learn moreIn Nolan’s own words, “I love the way that nature is all connected. The circle of life keeps everything in balance.” Nolan has so much appreciation for animals and the beauty of nature. He loves to document some of his findings in his nature journal and capture the details he observes in his exploration in his sketchbook. He loves to share what he knows, observes, or learns about nature with others. His enthusiasm is contagious!
Nolan's favorite animal is an elephant. He is impressed by the big size of elephants and is intrigued by their long trunks. Nolan is fascinated by African animals. He has always been drawn to animals. Nolan is gentle, and the animals seem to sense his genuine kindness. Experiencing life through Nolan's eyes has taught me to slow down and enjoy the little things that nature and animals have to offer.
Nolan enjoys his time outside. Fishing, exploring the woods with Dad, riding his bike, playing in the creek, looking for deer, and exploring at nature school at a local park are some of Nolan's favorite outdoor activities. As he appreciates the outdoors, he likes to bring some of his favorite indoor activities outside as well such as reading and drawing. Picnic lunches outside always bring a smile to Nolan's face.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
