Snakes! They are interesting and they help us because they eat rodents and rodents can make people and animals sick. He wants to help teach people how good snakes are and help keep them safe in their natural habitat.
Exploring and looking for herps! He loves to visit our local ponds to check on things, and he has even discovered a secret spot in the woods where there are a lot of snapping turtle hatchlings. He loves to collect them from the muck and show them to hikers and Frisbee golf players as they come by. He takes pride in showing everyone, but especially likes when he teaches a grownup something they didn't know about them.
