He loves hiking new trails, camping under the stars, and hunting for sea glass treasures. He’s curious about every bug, bird, and leaf he finds. Nature lets him explore, get messy, and use his imagination. He feels free and happy outside, like he’s part of the world around him. What he loves most is that every day in nature is a new adventure.
My child’s favorite animal is the elephant. He loves them because they stomp loudly and trumpet with their trunks big, bold sounds that make him smile. But what really makes him love elephants is the way they splash and play in the water. He’s a true water baby himself, always jumping in puddles, running through sprinklers, or swimming any chance he gets.
It’s hard to choose just one favorite outdoor activity for my son because he truly loves it all. He’s a natural explorer and a big imaginer, always turning the outdoors into his own magical world. One day he’s a kitty sneaking through the grass, the next he’s a stomping elephant splashing in puddles. Whether he’s digging in the dirt, climbing trees, or pretending the woods are a jungle, he uses nature as the perfect stage for his endless creativity and dramatic play.
