Learn moreThe thing that Maverick loves the most about nature is the animals! Animals are fun to watch and learn about. There are so many different types of animals to see! Although he has a special love for big cats, Maverick thinks that lizards, frogs, turtles, birds, and fish are also really cool! In addition, Maverick thinks it's awesome that animals help take care of nature too (like tiny nature heroes).
Maverick's favorite animal is a leopard. He loves that leopards have beautiful spots and an amazing ability to camouflage. Leopards are also strong, independent, and smart. They don't show off - they do their own thing in quiet confidence.
Maverick's favorite outdoor activity is fishing. Maverick has fished in creeks, lakes, and the ocean and enjoys fishing most when doing it with family or friends. He especially enjoys fishing with his dad, who likes to teach him about the different types of fish and other aquatic creatures. Maverick thinks fishing is fun and relaxing!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
