Marco is quite the adventurer. He spends most of his time foraging, spotting nests, and making friends with any and all creatures.

Marco has ADHD and struggles with sports and organized activities, he’s truly found his place In nature. He says it calms him and he just loves spending his days building forts, finding nests, and caring for any creature he comes across. He loves his bee suit where he can get up close and personal with even the “scary” creatures. He also loves foraging and tasting all sorts of new plants and herbs. He loves building homes for his new friends and providing worms for the birds he comes across.
He loves spiders. He had a “pet” spider that built its web next to our house, he would go out each day and provide it ants on its web and watch it scurry out and have it’s dinner. For weeks he rented a spider book at the school library until he received a “no more renewing” note, and he loves watching “Lucas the spider” to wind down at night.
He likes to play “real life” Minecraft where he builds forts and collects foods and items. He also loves to quad ride and go deer shedding in the spring. Really anything outdoors he loves, in all seasons he finds something that he enjoys. From sled riding, to deer shedding, to planting gardens, I can always find him outdoors!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
