What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreMagnus loves how nature is full of surprises—new animals to spot, trails to explore, and quiet places to think. He enjoys learning how animals stay safe and how everything in nature has a purpose. Being outside makes him feel calm and brave, like a real explorer. He wants to help protect forests and animals one day, and being a Junior Ranger is his first step.
Magnus’s favorite animal is the red fox because it’s clever, alert, and always aware of its surroundings—just like a good safety expert! He loves how foxes can adapt to different environments and stay hidden when needed. Plus, they look really cool with their fiery fur, which reminds him of fire safety and staying alert in nature.
Magnus’s favorite outdoor activity is hiking and climbing around big rocks and fallen trees. He loves using his energy to explore new places, especially if there’s a creek to splash in or logs to balance on. He enjoys the feeling of fresh air, the sounds of birds and leaves, and finding bugs or frogs along the way. Being outside makes him feel free and full of adventure.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
