What does Luke love most about nature?

In Luke’s words: “I love to explore and look around and see what God has created. I love all animals, fishing, and hiking, and using my naturalist app, identifying different species, using my bird ID App and learning about different uses for plants, looking at all the stars, learning about constellations, And taking pictures of animals!” Luke watches nature programs daily, and can tell you many facts about our outdoor world and different animals.

What is Luke's favorite animal—and why?

My favorite animal is a snake, because I like how they move, they are exciting! I found a snake this week and loved watching him sun himself.

What is Luke's favorite outdoor activity?

Fishing! I could go fishing every day for hours and hours and never get bored. I love to change the tackle and catch different species. The biggest bass I ever caught was 20 inches and over 5 lbs. I have also caught pickerel, trout, sunfish, black and white crappie, and perch. Luke also loves to help clean up the environment by picking up trash others left behind.
