What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreLucy says Picking flowers, searching for bugs, watching birds, and listening to the sounds. She loves being outdoors and enjoys finding new things and testing her own limits. Touching bugs, looking closely at them, watching birds and seeing how they swim. Loves hunting for different shaped pinecones and leaves, seeing how cait tails turn into fluff. She’s got caterpillars this month at preschool and is so excited about the process to become a butterfly and tracking changes every day.
Whales and puffins. We are originally from Newfoundland and still go there often to visit family. She loves watching the whales, and learning about them here at home as well as when we’re there to see them. Her favorite stuffy is her puffin, and she loves telling everyone she goes to see the puffins in Newfoundland.
Just going for walks and looking at what’s around. We often go on “nature walks” because we luckily live on a lake and see new things almost every day.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
