Receive Text UpdatesLucas loves flowers because "they are so pretty when they bloom! Insects also use them for food, and I love insects. When I see bees and butterflies in the native pollinator garden I planted with my mom, it makes me happy!"
Lucas loves "beetles, because I like how they fly and have big jaws. When I see beetles fighting in nature shows, it's really cool! Especially Hercules beetles and rhinoceros beetles. I like helping them up when they fall down."
Lucas enjoys "flying kites with my family. It's fun to see how high they can go. Sometimes we go to kite festivals and see lots of different kites. Some of them are huge! When it is windy outside, I always ask my mom if we can go fly a kite."
