What I love most about nature is all the cool animals! There are so many to learn about, like birds, bugs, and big animals too. Nature is different depending on where you live—like some places have forests, and some have deserts or snow. Some animals are only seen in certain places also! I think it's fun how the seasons change everything. In fall the leaves turn colors, in winter there's snow, in spring flowers grow, and in summer it’s super sunny and warm! Nature is always doing something new.
My favourite animal is a snake—especially the king cobra! He's super cool because he's venomous, which means he can protect himself and catch his food. I like snakes because they slither really fast and quiet, and they don’t have legs, which is funny and awesome! Some snakes squeeze really tight like boas, and some have poison to stop other animals. They can hide in trees or under leaves with camouflage. I think snakes are like sneaky superheroes!
My favourite outdoor thing to do is run around and explore! I like going into the woods near my house to look under rocks to find animals and insects. I try to find footprints in the mud and guess what animal made them—like maybe a raccoon or a deer! I love finding insects like ants, spiders, and worms. Sometimes I bring a magnifying glass so I can look really close. I pretend I’m an animal explorer or a bug scientist. I like watching the birds on our feeders and watching frogs in the pond too!
