What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreLiam loves exploring and looking for “treasures” most of all—twigs, feathers, bottle caps, what have you. Our garden has also become a fan favorite; there is no joy greater for him than discovering raspberries or flowers ready to be picked! He also loves to climb trees and look for bird’s nests, and makes “soup” daily for us out of leaves, acorns, and water from our rain barrel. And playing in the rain is one of Liam’s favorite parts of spring.
Liam loves cats. The housecat variety, to be sure (our cat Maddox is the beneficiary of a hundred snuggles and pets each day) but also tigers, panthers, sand cats…any feline is much appreciated by him. He loves house cats for the snugs, but says he likes all cats because they’re “furballs who are strong, clever, and beautiful.”
Climbing and treasure hunting are probably Liam’s favorite outdoor activities. We have huge bushes and trees that he loves to climb and explore! Sometimes our cat will join him, too.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
