Receive Text UpdatesHis biggest love in nature comes from exploring. He enjoys when summer brings all the creepy, crawly, slimy walker, flyer, and slithers back out. When the cicadas sing, that's his beckoning. He's rarely inside during the warm months. Any day, he can be found lifting logs, turning stones, and wading river beds with his pants rolled to the knees and a crawl dad in each hand.
He says this is so tough. He loves all frogs. He said African bull frog is one of his favorites. While he loves a bull frog and the sounds they make, his pet of six years is his Salcutta.
Bug hunting and frog hunting are his favorites. He loves going out at night to hunt frogs and toads in his gardens at home and at his grandma's he gets excited with he finds "Big Boi" at his grandma's and the baby bullfrog he found at home. He named that one "Gus." He's the first to call to identify any bug. Spiders were his first interest in creepies. At just three, he could tell you how many legs, gender differences, type, how many eyes, etc etc etc. For years he collected cicada shells.
