Receive Text UpdatesHis favorite thing is discovering new animals or plants we show him as we meander through our woods or when we go to the zoos in our state of Minnesota. He loves to help me find mushrooms, listen to owl calls, sight eagles flying overhead and looking at animal tracks in the mud (and getting muddy)! Lane even helps us do turkey and elk calls!
That's a tough one! He loves so many of them, but my bet would be on elk or moose. Because he gets to help hunt them and call for them (he hasn't been on a hunt for them officially but we sill try to find them in our woodland adventures).
Going for a walk, four wheeler ride or horseback ride in the woods are top favorites. We encourage and involve our little buddy in hunting, foraging the wilds and learning the plants and animals, raising farm animals, planting and harvesting gardens and so on! He is always naturally curious and will always choose the mud puddle over the phone. Lane likes to look for animal tracks too!
