What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreLandon loves all of the little creatures he finds. He is the first one to pick up a weird grub or slimy snail while his sister or classmates squeal. Landon is fearless and wants to explore and learn about nature in a tactile way. He spends hours reading through his bug books, or asking me what each kind of bird is.
I'd have to say that Landon's favorite animal is snails. We have about 500 garden snails in our backyard at home and he loves to collect them in a seashell, and set up a small snail café, complete with juicy leaves, dirt, water, etc. He even has a snail pillow and blanket for his bed!
That's a tough one. Landon likes to dig in the dirt to find worms, grubs, etc. But he also really enjoys exploring the beach, creeks, and other fun areas! As long as it involves bugs or animals, Landon is excited to explore!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
