Knox loves all the animals from microscopic to gigantic! He enjoys reading and learning about what makes each one unique and the special adaptations each critter has to survive in their environment. Knox also has become more interested in learning about how the animals and plants support each other to create an healthy ecosystem.
“It’s hard to pick!” - Knox, truly loves them all, but his current favorite group are the “deadly animals.” He especially likes snakes and thinks pit vipers are fascinating to study. He likes seeing how well they can camouflage and how great they are at protecting themselves and surviving.
Knox loves to play pretend when he is outside and likes to think that he is in the rain forest. We like to walk through our yard and pretend we see sloths, jaguars, monkeys, and poisonous tree frogs!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
