What does Khalil love most about nature?

What Khalil loves most about nature is the different seasons that nature offers. He loves watching nature change as the seasons change and seeing the different colors each season brings. The best for him is seeing the trees and flowers start to bloom in Spring after a cold Winter. He loves to see how each season brings different bugs and/or animals like cicadas and crickets in the summer and stink bugs and spiders in the fall. Khalil loves to go outside and search for all of these and more.

What is Khalil's favorite animal—and why?

It was hard for Khalil to choose only one favorite animal. He has many favorites for many reasons. He says he loves the Lion because they are the Kings of the Savanna and protect the grasslands. He loves Honey Badgers because they seem small but are very strong and brave just like him. His all-time favorite is the Cheetah because they are the fastest animal in the world and are very adaptable. Khalil loves to be the fastest at everything he does and always refers to being fast as a Cheetah.

What is Khalil's favorite outdoor activity?

Khalil expressed that his absolute favorite thing to do outdoors is look for bugs in the dirt, and being his parents who must often search for these bugs with him, we can agree with that. Khalil says that he loves finding bugs in their habitat and learning about what types of bugs he can find and what they do. He observes and tries to find and collect as many bugs as he can. Once he is done for the day it is very important to him that all the bugs are released back into nature safely.
