Learn moreKane loves that nature is immersive and comes in all shapes and sizes. Between small insects we find in the dirt to the bald eagles that circle the sky above our neighborhood pond he appreciates them all and treats them all with equal interest. He will go out of his way to feel the rain, play In the snow, bask in the sun and always enjoys the sunset. He values what weather the earth brings and will always appreciate the details in life, big and small.
Kane’s favorite animal is a tiger! He’s fascinated by the color and markings on their fur which makes for a seamless camouflage. He enjoys that the tiger is a predator but is also a distant relative to our orange cats we have at home!
Kane’s favorite outdoor activity is to grab binoculars, a notebook and a pen and to document his observations! He loves to draw the details of all life forms he sees. To further his knowledge we go to our local library after and find books that can teach us more about the animals, insects and plants that we saw!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
