What does Juliet love most about nature?

"I love nature 'cause there's always something cool to find! I like learning about new bugs and plants and going on adventures outside. I climb trees to see the sky better, I run in the grass with no shoes, and I dig in the dirt to look for worms. Nature is fun and it makes me feel happy and wild like an animal!"

What is Juliet's favorite animal—and why?

“My favorite animal is a giraffe 'cause it has freckles just like me! They have super long necks to see everything and funny-looking legs that go all wobbly when they walk. I think they're really silly, like me of course. If I was a giraffe, I’d play hide and seek with the birds.”

What is Juliet's favorite outdoor activity?

“My favorite thing to do outside is play with bugs, and learn about new plants! I like to follow ants to see where they go, see what they are going to try to pick up and put on their back. Sometimes I name them, they are my friends. So are the worms and cicadas and rolly pollies. I also smell all the flowers that I can find —even the stinky ones.“
