What is Jr. Ranger?
Learn moreIt's pretty. She finds all animals fascinating, even the dangerous ones. She looks at every creature and organism as if it has it has its own special story and just needs love..like us humans.
Cats. She wishes we could have more than one cat to pair with our four dogs, but our current petting zoo is at its max for this mama. She is still at an innocent age that loves cats because they are fluffy. She is so compassionate with everyone she meets and wants to bring them all home.
Collecting bugs, specifically slow slimmy ones. When she was a toddler, during the warm months, she would collect slugs and put them in an old guinea pig cage furished with mud and grass and leaves and a little water dish like they were her pets. She would come check on them the next day and the majority had inevitably slithered out of the cracks. She did this every day for two summers, even though she knew they wouldn't be there the next day. She would just say "I'll make new friends today."
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Jr. Ranger, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
