What does John love most about nature?

I think the best part about nature is the exploring. Like running through the woods And jumping over logs and climbing rocks. There’s always something to find like a cool bug or rock. You never know what you’re gonna see maybe a frog or maybe even a bear!

What is John's favorite animal—and why?

Wolves are my favorite animal because they are strong and they howl at the moon! They live in the forest and snow and they run really fast and have big teeth but they’re not mean unless you’re a bad guy. Also, they have packs like a family and they take care of each other, like my mom and dad take care of me and my little brother.

What is John's favorite outdoor activity?

Surf fishing is the best outdoor activity ever! It is so exciting, because you never know what you’re gonna catch. I get to spend time on the beach with my dad and grandpa and sometimes when we’re really lucky we even get to catch a little shark! (That we send back to the ocean). Plus, we get to sit and watch the waves and eat snacks!
