What does Janina love most about nature?

Janina has recently been diagnosed with ADHD and mild Autism. She has a difficult time handling the day to day battles but when she is out in nature she is completely free. She loves learning about the trees and native plants. She can tell me facts about the animals around us that I didn't even know. She gains confidence hiking through different trails. Camping is her happy place. When she was a baby, she crawled outdoors and even took her first steps on a trail. She loves everything about it.

What is Janina's favorite animal—and why?

While Janina loves her pet dog, her goldfish and her leopard geckos, she has a deep fascination with all reptiles. She loves to learn about different snake species and spiders as well. She often tells me about Wolf Spiders and how the mother carries the babies on her back. She is very interested in venomous snakes.

What is Janina's favorite outdoor activity?

Janina loves to explore different trails. She enjoys the challenge of mixed terrain and she loves to find moss growing and will stop to touch the moss. She enjoys climbing trees. Camping is also a very enjoyable activity for her. She even likes to help gather sticks for a campfire. She enjoys swimming in lakes and trying to skip rocks in the water. Janina's imagination runs wild outdoors and she enjoys hunting for fairies and looking for buried treasure.
